After trying lots of diets: Keto, Paleo, Fasting... I saw no real progress. So it was amazing to see the weight melt away using this simple ritual.
It also had the added benefits of supporting a healthy heart, arteries and blood sugar levels too!
I found out that weight gain had nothing to do with:
How much you diet, starve or deprive yourself of your favorite foods...
How much grueling exercise you do...
How much sugar or carbohydrates you eat...
Your thyroid, hormones, or metabolism...
Or even genetics or the aging process…
But these are the lies put out there by the fitness industry to keep you locked in the cycle. To keep you paying for gym memberships, supplements, meal plans and personal trainers. All things I’d paid for many times over yet never seen any long term benefits.
They make you believe that these things don’t work because of you! Because you didn’t put in enough effort. Because you ate too much. Because you didn’t buy their new supplement.
But it is not your fault!
That’s why this strange, very simple ritual changed my life.
After starting to use it I was able to:
Eat most of what I wanted when I actually wanted them
Not worry about gaining a ton of weight
Not have to do a grueling amount of exercise
Stop feeling hopeless and like a constant failure
As an added bonus I also saw improvements in other areas of my life too, such as suffering less:
Inflammation
Chronic Headaches
Fatigue
Severe mood swings
Uncontrollable hunger/cravings
Memory loss and fogginess
Low self-esteem
Irritability and impatience
Severe bloating
Lack of motivation
Back pain
Getting and staying healthy is a choice but it doesn’t have to be as difficult as you think.
